Some shots of a project I have worked on. I have sculpted several series of the Fallout Vault Boys.

Ever seen a walrus skull? I found one here and printed it: https://sketchfab.com/3d-models/walrus-skull-55285809a028400cadbb1f2a4eadd8f5

The first kilometer is a huge milestone. Pun intended.

I don't see any of the pictures I uploaded here.

Is it just me or are they all removed? If so then why?

I guess I will replace them with external links then.

Also, no 'preview post' button, how is this any better?

Edit: images don't seem to show up from the external link. This forum 'update' is an epic fail so far...

Here's something I did some time ago. The file is shared if you want to have go at it:

tim.m30, Slic3r PE takes credit for that. Very well put together software. I only wish there was a way to save the scene as a project...well there are a few other things to add too but they're more convenience - related, but as we all know the Prusa devs have enough on their hands already.

Agree you are very talented and these are a fantastic showcase of what the printer can do.  Not sure what you mean by scene but you can 'save project'  which will save all the files and modifiers as well as all your printing settings.  That way its easy to load back in and make changes later if you want.

Thanks mate 🙂 I figured it out - gotta save in the .3mf format to get all your stuff as a scene. The older Slic3R interface was a bit confusing, the new Prusa Slicer is much better.

I made some more prints of 3d scans I found through the web, this is a pachycephalosaur :

This is a re-print of my salamander project - this time it's much bigger and you can see more detail on it.

How did you finish her?  Looks like a sandable primer and sanding, at a minimum. Anything else?

Pretty much that's all. I used at least 4 coats of spray primer and sanding to get it as smooth.

Thanks mate, the deer actually has a lot of Christmas decoration on, but that could only be printed with the SL1(when I have it).

Some work I did awhile ago. The base shape is based on photogrammetry but all the details are made by hand, including the teeth eyes and wrinkles.

Your work looks great. I am a very beginning Zbrush user and wonder if you could share what the file size should be for a good export to stl to print. Is that how you get from Zbrush to the Prusa? I have a MK3S arriving in a few days and want to use it to do custom stamps for our old school pottery.  my older fingers will not happily do finely detailed carvings anymore.  Any hints will be greatly appreciated.   Thanks
