First build, Duplicating a helical-spurgear
Hi all, finally got my Prusa!
I have done couple spinners, keychains, etc. just to try and adjust the printer.
This was my first own design using Fusion360. I took measurements form the old broken gear. I used ABS and 0,4mm layer height just to try out the printed piece. I was so amazed how accurate the print was! It fit perfectly to the old machine. I might print new gear using 0,2mm or 0,1mm to improve the quality of the part.
