Re: Card Cases

Can you give us some details on how you printed them?
Details like material used, nozzle diameter, layer height, etc...

Re: Card Cases

Is there anything that secures the cards in other than friction?

Re: Card Cases

Well deatails are:

Latest and best verion of card cover comprises of 3 parts:

-body (mid)
-2x cover with logo (support used)

Both are printed with different technique. Covers and logos are printed with 0.25mm nozzle and 0.1mm layerheight, Printed in one piece face (logo) down (just switched colors in between). Multi colored parts of logos are printed separateley and then glued into cover (i have nice Virtus pro cover, coming soon).

Body, or mid, is printed with 0.4 nozzle, 0.5 extrusion width (because walls are 1mm/2mm thick), also support is used. There is nothing to secure cards except friction, but it's well designed because it is both horuzontal and vertical fricion which are preventig card from drop out. Material is PLA. I use this cover on daily basis

Here are some .stls. I cant guerantee it will fit for your card, because every card is slightly different. However, it should fit well, for most of cards
