How to avoid USB-Stick handling ?
I know that my new Mini has a Web-Interface, but as far I could read it is only for information. It seems that a fileupload and instant print is not possible??
So, when the only one thing I want is, that I want to avoid handling with the USB-Stick... is there any other way beside using Octaprint?

I do not think there is at this time. I use Octoprint.

Some people use Wifi SD cards. Also Klipper but thats a much more complex solution.
