Simplify3D generated files printed to MK3S stop printing early into the print

I print the S3D STL from the SD card. The printer starts up and begins to laydown the first layer and then just stops. The printer shows no errors, crashes, etc and the print temperatures are set to zero as if the print had finished.

I had thought at first that I hadn't given S3D enough time to write the STL to the SD card before I had removed it, but that wasn't the case. I also had removed and reloaded the Prusa profile settings I got from Prusa support as well as using S3D's internal profile settings.

The same object can be sliced and printed using Prusa Slicer, the problems only occur when I use S3D.

This is a recurring problem that happens when printing a sliced object to my Prusa MK3S. If I use the Prusa Slicer, I have no problems.

I'd quickly open up one of the S3D gcode files in a text editor to make sure it hasn't been truncated for some reason.
