Too tight too assemble

Anybody have any issue attaching the shield to the headband?  I've inspected the shield (clear part) to the shield_final.dxf file and it seems to be ok, but I can bend the headband until it breaks and still not get the shield onto the headband.  I checked that I didn't print the headband scaled up too.  Scratching my head trying to figure this out.  I can easily move the position of the holes in the shield to fit, but I wonder what I am missing.

Anybody else have this issue and find a solution?  It'd be nice if the files had consistent naming schemes so it was obvious they are the appropriate revision.  I wonder if I am using the wrong version shield_final.dxf to go with the headband RC3_1?

Same problem over here. Fortunately i checked the first part before going in "mass production" witch is about 16 pcs/day 😉

Solution: Corel Draw, mark all holes, stretch them to about 102%. Or use the design below.

I moved the two outer holes to be 10.3mm from the edge as opposed to 11mm as per the design.  I left everything else untouched.  I can only get 10 per day, haven't tried the "ultra high speed" yet.

Same issue  - the holes spaced at 79mm, no chance.  Spaced at 82mm it's  snug

I really don't understand that, took the .Sri and dropped it into simplyfy3d with no % enlargement.

It's easy to work around, but it' really bugging me ...  really really bugging me

Should add, the centre dimension of 60mm is fine ...
