RE: Sudden change in print quality
It looks like the print has warped and lifted off the bed during printing. Try increasing the bed temperature by 5 degC until it stays stuck. Or you may have to add strategic supports around the parts that are lifting like I added in this attached 3mf file (located in the ZIP file). It looks weird when you first load it into PrusaSlicer, the green slabs are support blockers, slice it and see what will actually be printed.
