What size sheet of plastic is required for the shield?

I opened the .dxf in vcarve, assumed a work piece of 12 x 12 inches and this thing is ginormous!!

Thanks!

Thank you. Comments on that link were good too. Prusa is quite practical about what is useful.

@joantabb

Thanks, That was it! Switched mm and used a 304.8mm x 304.8mm workpiece. Fits perfectly!

Will be contacting my State Health agency to see if they are in need or would accept a 3d printed shield.

I have a JTech laser on my CNC so I could use it to cut them out.

I can't seem to figure out the laminating film.  So if anyone has a USA Amazon link, but if they are not shipping.

Could a 2 liter pop bottle be cut for the shield?

Thanks, Grey

There are other simpler needs than respirators and masks too. For example everyone in our hospital is getting their temperature checked on arrival with an Exergen temporal thermometer, but the covers are disposable and will start to run out soon.

Hey everyone, I just started printing RC3 of the face shield mask on 3 printers. Can anyone point me to a place to source head straps and the necessary acrylic sheets? I am located in Düsseldorf Germany. Many thanks in advance. Stay healthy! - Alex

Chinese experts tell you about new coronavirus protection knowledge....
What to do on the way to work?

Wear disposable medical masks properly. Try not to use public transportation. It is recommended to walk, take or take a private car and bus to work. If you have to take public transportation, you must always wear a mask and try to avoid touching the items on the bus with your hands.

2. How to enter the building?

Before entering the office building, you can volunteer for a temperature test. If your temperature is normal, you can work in the building and wash your hands in the toilet.

3. How to enter the office?

Keep the office environment clean. It is recommended to ventilate 3 times a day for 20-30 minutes each time. Keep warm when ventilated. Keep a distance of more than 1 meter between people. Many people wear masks at work. Wash your hands frequently, drink plenty of water, and always wash your hands before meals and after going to the toilet. When accepting foreign personnel, both parties should wear masks.

I think I know what you mean, but that's not what that sentence says! 😀

Unfortunately, in many locations, there is no place to volunteer for a temperature test.

At present, masks are not easy to buy, and the price is getting more and more expensive. What should I do?
