you have to add 400*400 in your slicer gcode vignette below g code version as png then that shown the piece u send to

The MK4 preview images might be broken in another way. We might be getting thumbnails only for files already uploaded to the printer.

I know for the file images it's not the problem, I mean that we see all the files and I think the g code would be enough

Oh right, sorry. Well we want to show it in case you upload like a fw file, you'll want to see that it uploaded. But a filter might be nice
