Raspberry Pi Camera No Longer Working on Prusa Connect Dashboard

A few hours ago, the camera connected to the Raspberry Pi running Prusa Link stopped displaying on the Dashboard in Prusa Connect. Instead, it displays a "This image is more than 1 hour old" error. The camera is still connected and displays correctly in Prusa Link, and has the status "Linked" under "CONNECT". At around the same time as the issue began, I was prompted to refresh my browser for a new version of Prusa Connect, so this issue might be related to an update.

I've tried removing the camera from Prusa Connect and re-adding it in Prusa Link, as well as restarting the printer and Raspberry Pi, but this has no effect. I've also tried reducing the camera resolution and the trigger scheme, but this also has no effect.

Key info:

  • PrusaLink type - Raspberry Pi 4
  • PrusaLink version - PrusaLink 0.8.1
  • Printer type - MK3S+
  • Printer UUID - 7d245bab-0a14-46c7-9f13-40f31a320624
  • Printer firmware version - 3.14.0-8066
  • PrusaSlicer version - not relevant (the error is not isolated to PrusaSlicer)

Some people reported similiar issues on Discord, but no response what is wrong.

See my GitHub and printables.com for some 3d stuff that you may like.

I'm having the same issue.

Camera is working through the IP address but not on connect.prusa3d.
