Hi Prusa Community,

I’ve been facing a frustrating issue with PrusaLink when trying to connect to my printer using my all-in-one AMD PC. Despite following all the setup instructions, the connection fails every time, showing the error: “Could not connect to Prusa Connect: HTTP 401: Unauthorized.”

What I’ve Tried So Far:

Verified that my PC and the printer are on the same network.Disabled firewalls and antivirus software temporarily to rule out interference.Double-checked the credentials for logging into PrusaLink.Restarted the printer and the device running PrusaLink multiple times.

I’ve also scoured the forums and GitHub issues to find similar cases but haven’t come across a solution that works for my all in one AMD PC, many threads touch on network issues or compatibility problems with older hardware but none seem to address the specific challenges I’m encountering. It’s strange because everything seems to be in place—network, credentials, and software version—and I’ve ensured there’s no obvious hardware or configuration fault. Additionally, I’ve tried connecting via both Ethernet and Wi-Fi to rule out network-specific issues but the result remains the same.

Request for Help:Has anyone else experienced this specific issue on an all-in-one AMD PC or a similar setup? Are there particular network settings or configurations that might need adjusting?
