Bug Description
When loading filament, the extruder motor rotates backwards instead of forwards, preventing filament from loading correctly.
Steps to Reproduce
Ensure side filament sensors are enabled.
Attempt to load filament using the standard filament load procedure.
Observe extruder motor behavior.
Expected Behavior
The extruder motor should rotate forward and pull filament into the toolhead.
Actual Behavior
The extruder motor rotates in reverse, pushing filament away. Filament can only be loaded successfully if the side filament sensors are disabled.
Workaround
Disabling the side filament sensors allows filament loading to proceed normally.
Frequency
Occurs consistently.

What I would add to your bug report is when the behavior started. e.g., right after upgrading? Hard to see how this would be tied to firmware as many of us have upgraded successfully and not seen this particular behavior. But first I would do what Diem suggested and contact Prusa Support via chat
