Prusa Connect corrupts SD card on sending file
Several days ago, I got a message stating that there was a new version of Prusa Connect (web based). I reloaded my screen and thus refreshed the software. Ever since then, I am getting frequent corruption of my USB stick upon adding a file to the download queue. When I examine the USB drive, it states that it must be reformatted. I do this and can then transfer data from my PC directly to the USB stick. If I then insert the stick into my Prusa Mini, I can print the file. The next time Prusa Likn connects to the Mini/ USB stick. the drive becomes corrupted.
What must be done?

Another issue is that, occasionally, when I transfer a file, I get a heap memory error and the machine needs to be rebooted. Interestingly, the file that was transferred is on the USB staick and can be directly printed on the Mini.

I just had this happen to me. I think it happens when my Prusa Connect file limit is reached.

Soo the printer corrupts the USB stick. The D card in the title is a typo then. This is known, however Connect does not access the usb stick directly, this is something the printer firmware does. Please pile on to the related github issue
