Prusa Connect shows new status changes on MK4S, but insists it's OFFLINE
I turned my MK4S on to update the firmware and start a print, but Prusa Connect on my PC says it's offline. I restarted the program but it still insisted it's offline. So I saved the firmware flash file and .3mf file on a USB drive, flashed the firmware in person, and made the filament changes to start the correct print. The MK4S has the "C" icon in the top bar, which I believe means it's talking to Prusa Connect. I went back to my PC, and to my surprise Prusa Connect showed the new flash file and .3mf file, and logged the exact time the filament changes were done. So Prusa Connect is getting actual telemetry from my printer, but still insists it's offline. In contrast, when I turned my MINI+ on just beforehand, Prusa Connect immediately identified it as online idle, and let me do the remote flash without incident. Both are connected by WiFi, and have been working with Prusa Connect mostly flawlessly ever since I started using it.
On another note, my mobile phone Prusa app lists both of my linked printers as idle, when the MINI+ is actually offline and the MK4S is printing right now. I've tried closing the app, and refreshing the printer summary screen, and they are stuck like that.
Does anybody have any idea what's going on and how to fix this?

You can't fix it. It's just a mess. Particularly with the app. Why something basic like this is so messed up in the first place and hasn't been fixed yet is beyond me.
