Prusa Connect seems to be offline

It appears that from Friday evening (Eastern US) Prusa Connect has been having connectivity issues. As both PrusaLink and the Printer itself are stating that an error has occurred. The Prusa Connect website itself doesn't seem to be loading properly (unable to log in)... Is anyone else also having issues at the moment?

After restarting the Raspberry Pi, additional error messages are now shown in PrusaLink.local/link-info...

Seems to be offline again.  Login link does not do anything.  18:18 GMT on 12/8

I noticed the same issue the all day. I was not able to use my printer through PrusaConnect. The PrusaLink interface works fine connecting with local IP.

Rebooting the raspberry did not fix the problem.

Same here: Attempts to print from PrusaSlicer failed with the following error:

Error al cargar a la impresora:

<html id="html" lang="cs">
<head>
<meta charset="utf-8">

<script src="/js/bootstrap.min.js"></script>
<link href="/favicon.ico" type="image/x-icon" rel="shortcut icon" />
</head>
<body class="d-flex flex-column h-100">

<nav class="navbar navbar-expand-md navbar-dark">

</span>
</div>
</nav>
</header>
<div class="flex-shrink-0">
<div class="container">
<div class="jumbotron http-error">
<h1>503 Service Unavailable</h1>

</p>
</div>
</div>
</div>

<div class="container">
<div class="text-muted align-center">Copyright &copy; 2021 Prusa Research a.s. All rights reserved.</div>
</div>
</footer>
</body>
</html>

However, I was able to start the print using PrusaLink web interface (file upload had been successful from PrusaSlicer and the file was already there).

I am getting the same errors as above, unable to reach Prusa Connect, but Prusa Link is working on my local network. Seems as if Connect is in an error state but no error code or notification about it on there.

Hi everyone

My problem seem to be fixed. Now Prusa Link and Prusa Connect work fine. After a while the problem was fixed without any operation on my side.

Do you still have problems?

Mine has been doing something similar to what you included screenshots of, it seems to upload the file to the "Projects" section of PrusaConnect, but it's missing information about the ongoing print... It just shows that something is "printing" but it doesn't seem to know the actual status of it. (I'm not currently printing anything)

Looks Great!

Is the version of the connect.prusa3d.com page in English not ready yet? It seems to be only available in Czech...
