It's odd that it affects some & not others. Wonder if it's related to the version of Wifi hardware are in people's printers.
Same for me. But this behaviour is the same ever since I bought the printer ( January 2024 ).

Operational as of 9PM PST today. However, all files have been mysteriously deleted from my USB memory stick. Weird.

Still an issue today (4th August) on latest alpha firmware on MK4S, mini+ and core one, on both wifi and Ethernet…

To anyone that has this issue. I ended up emailing their app support. “[email protected]” and they were able to resolve the issue. Based on the way it was fixed I don’t believe this is an issue that will be resolved by a firmware update.

Same thing is happening with me. It cuts off early in the printer cycle and does not come back on. Prusa Link still works fine.

I emailed [email protected]. They had to clear out the phantom printer. I ended up also removing the active printer because it never displayed any printer stats like temp or time remaining. I re-added the printer and all is well now.

Hello, I can confirm the problem exists in version 2.9.4. There was no problem before the update.

Just sad. At least a year with this bug and it's still going on. Not sure why I paid like $1200 for a core one when I can't even print consistently on my local Wi-Fi connection.

I have a core one with same problem.
I have solved it to change it to a ssid with only 2.4 ghz.
Prusa core one and dualband wifi is not a good match.
Connection delay now solved.

Same with me. Works fine for weeks, suddenly after finishing one print and loading the next - connect requests log in credentials, o.k. boring but can be done, but printer remains offline.....
Its somehow hard to understand, that my 10 year old ink jet printer never fails to connect to home network, but the new core one can't stay stable on the network.
Its about time to fix this - other devices apparently can do that without hassle, and without tinkering with "fixed network address", which I have done already, apparently without success.
Not sure how to solve that - re-registering the printer again?! Would be now the third time since October last year.
