From week MK4 status is ONLINE few second and OFFLINE and that all a time, can't do anything. Internet is all a time, local work 100% stable. Do you have this too ?

FW IS beta 4 and after update 5.0.0-RC+11963 the same situation.

Sorry, I have limited experience with MK4 connect issues. Let's try and eliminate some stuff. Are you connected using Wi-Fi? Can you try Ethernet and see if the behavior changes? Failing that, can you move the printer closer to the Wi-Fi source?
Is your internet connection stable where you have the printer connected?
Off course I assume the problem is probably somewhere on our side, but want to get the easy stuff out of the way first

It would be great if we could figure out how did it start, so please if you remember how you got to the point where you are now, so we could try and replicate it, that would be great.

The usual procedure encountering something weird at random is to do a factory reset of the printer. If the problems last, try replacing the service::connect section in prusa_printer_settings.ini on your flash drive with this:

[service::connect]
hostname = buddy-a.dev.connect.prusa3d.com
tls = True
port = 443

Then in settings -> network -> Prus Connect load these and try to register again.
Hope that gets rid of the constant Online -> Offline flip flop behavior

Okay, I asked and resetting the printer is not the best option
One thing that would be interesting to see is to go into the MK4 Settings -> Network -> Prusa Connect and see if the status is flip-flopping there too.
Also, there should now be a submenu showing any errors logged.

Another thing to try is to connect the printer to a mobile hotspot and see whether anything changes

It seems that something strange happened. When I ejected the pendrive, its status showed as solid online. However, when I connected it again, the status kept switching between online and offline. Surprisingly, when I connected the pendrive to the computer, half of the files on the pendrive got deleted. On a positive note, when I connected the pendrive to the printer, everything started working fine.

Okay, makes sense, it tried to read it, got its teeth kicked in, gave up and tried again a little later.

What files did you have that it broke the printer?

I dont know, deleted half 🙂 but 1 file was 3.tmp i do t know what it was.

Just wanted to say that this helped me, and I know what I had to delete.

My USB drive is 64G. That came formatted exFAT so I reformatted it as FAT32 on my mac.

Deleting the ".Spotlight-V100" and ".Trashes" directories, having Windows check the disk for errors, and PrusaConnect is now stable.

Thanks for this, as PrusaConnect was unusable previously.
