Load filament , mk3 play itself !!! Thermal run...

I just have this since few days, as it was 1st time i though ok not bad but now it's more than 1 time.. So it little bit fun but not too much , while i ask printer preheat then i want load my filament , so far ok but then the extruder go to right it self then ask to unload filament as i didn't have time to load !! ok why not then ok now load filament then i say yes for fun and then finish E go to left then middle and crash !!
i have to say i am on front of my printer and no there is no crach at all, i never have that before i use the 3.11 fmw !! and but the way since i have the 3.11 i have at the 1st time i set up preheat for PLA then i leave and the time i run prusa connect then prusa link the T° goes so high then thermal runway!!!
thanks for idea ?? i did many time the PID in case at diff T° too

No offense Patrick, but your posts are really hard to understand. If I may suggest, try with short and simple English sentences stating the facts (not emotions) first. To me it seems you're trying to express complex, elaborate thoughts but lack the means to do it properly in English yet. The result is often incomprehensible, unstructured mess that makes it nearly impossible to grasp what your original issue even is. Try to take your time and point out:
- What you were trying to do
- What did you expect to happen
- What has happened instead
What I understood is you're experiencing thermal runaway issues, right? If so, when did they begin? After a firmware upgrade? Is so, which version began to causing you problems? Do you have a standard hotend or have you changed it for a custom one? What's the approximate room temperature?
Again, I'm not trying to offend you, we all had to start somewhere.

so about the thermal 1 support from prusa wrote me and asking me about it so far she understood well 😋 and i did some test abt the PID with and without RPIOW2 and about the 1st issue , it's only that the printer do what she want when i want to load the filament without asking it i mean after pushing button , go to prehat then load filament......
i did several test problem with PID calib at diff T° and so far ''seems'' ok !! but will see , and during printing i have a stable T° ... but the way it do while i want to load filament it's wierd
got it ?? 😎 next time you read french ahaha
