internal server error
Hello tojik
hope u fine ? could you help me or give me some explanation about this pics ?
i'll see monday what i can do as it's customer not in my city but !! can i solve it without take out the SD card from the rpio ? or is it internal problem about internet or ?
i saw as i can remote it via prusa connect that they wrote a wrong name on the files but i don't thinks is the issue ?
thx
RE: internal server error
Hi, sorry, don't know what could be causing this as the error message is a common one for errors when getting or sending data from/to PrusaLink. Having the logs and more details of any kind would be helpful. What state is Link in, what is the printer doing, What preceeded this message popping up.
When you go to inspect element in your browser and swotch to the network tab, there should be many requests going back and forth. Some of them might be green and one or more red, with the code 500 or higher. What are their details? Thanks
RE: internal server error
waou ok i can't give u so much answer but at now they still can use the printer , and start print from PLink and print well , the only things is the project files is empty when me on the Pconnect i can see all and see all printed files too ..
so yes the printer print well , the files is sending to printer and can start but there is no files in the project files or folder
If you speak about the network tab as the Pconnect all print are green as you mention not one is red or other color and no coe as 500 or i misunderstand your question !!
i am just surprise as the print fan run at 1700 max for a PLA print !! it can be not clean enough maybe some dust but that not the reason and so far the print are correct !! thx
RE: internal server error
So the problem is probably with fetching the file list. That's better than no info. And did you say it does that only for the customer, while you can see the files?
How does your customer access PrusaLink? Is it your printer being accessed over the internet remotely, or is it the other way around.
Either way. I would not open your printer local web interface to the internet. That's scary

yes probably !! is the only way is to take out the sd card clean up and redo the rpi install w link image and install the sd card back ? the customer using prsalink as normal via IP adress gaven by the printer , nobody except me when i remote their computer have acces to the printer ..
it's the 1st time i have this display on computer !! but they still can print via plink it's funny they just send file & print via slicer directly but not using the Plink ..
hat only for the customer
this is printer from a customer yes and i can monitoring via prusaconnect only or via anydesk to install or checking sometime
RE: internal server error
It would be great to see the logs, if you can get them. PLink, settings, logs, the syslog file. Thanks
RE: internal server error
ah ok i see tomorrow afternoon i can do that i'll see but i think have to go with sd card out 😭 😭
RE: internal server error
ok tojik i have the syslog where i can load it for you ? it's heavy there is meany syslog files i take only this one there is 1 or 2 or...
i send link via wetranfert here? it's ok ?
thx
RE: internal server error
i did some test from my pc, it's weird i can send files to Plink and load correctly but not one appears in the sd card but on the Pconnect yes ..!! but on plink nothing !! voilà
RE:
You can zip the file to make it lighter, send it via whatever, i can click a download button almost anywhere. You can DM me the link so you don't share syslogs publically
RE: internal server error
Tojik hi
did you get my links and files on your PM ? thx
RE: internal server error
There is a bug where if metadata fail to load, the file listing as a whole fails. If you can delete the offending file for example from connect, it will start working again, so that will probably require wiping print files off the printer as I cannot point you to the specific file that does that. You might be able to identify it by looking through the file details in connect. The bad file will have its metadata missing.
RE: internal server error
ok tojik i'll try to delete it or find it !! the metadata is the one you can't see the small logo or pics ?
RE: internal server error
Yea, metadata contain the image preview and the details about print time, stats, filament type and so on
