Core one "print fan not spinning" when manually turning fan up before bed leveling

Start print, and at any point before it gets to the bed leveling portion of the process, if print fan is manually turned up to 100% it will pause, and show error "print fan not spinning, please check wiring", and be fine once print is resumed.
(I like to use the print fan while leveling to blow the occasional cat hair off the print bed, I can't help it with four cats in the house)
