Connect is showing very very wrong temperature while monitoring a print (hint printing is fine)
OK had a multi-day multitool print on the XL and in connect the temperature is indicated as 69 degrees. And now I am not printing with magical low temp PLA, the printer is printing just fine at 215, but the monitoring is showing 69 in the browser. If it just stayed there I'd say fine ignore it, but weirdly it is changing as sometimes it "warms up" into the 70s....??? See attached photo. This seems to have started after the 6.0 FW update?

First of all, nice. Please send me the printer's uuid. Thank you
RE: Connect is showing very very wrong temperature while monitoring a print (hint printing is fine)
Hello all,
Same issue for me. As of yesterday, my dashboard view, when printing, does not show the proper temp or filament type. I am printing PETG right now (about 11% into the job), but the nozzle temp is showing 25 (instead of the 230 it is currently operating at when you look at the actual printer) and the filament type is PLA, despite the hardware recognizing it's PETG in the settings.
RE:
If it helps, this is what the interface displays. It should show the actual temp of 240 (which is what it is currently printing at per the display on the printer) and that this is PETG...also correctly displayed on the printer.
I did try rebooting the printer, resetting the printer (with the button on the LCD panel), and toggling the "Prusa Connect" enable/disable from the network settings on the printer. No luck.

Perhaps I fixed it on my own. I removed the printer from PrusaConnect and generated a new API on the printer.
Once I reset that, I can see the hot end temperatures changing. Looks promising on the first print after making that change.

Hi, I got the same issue. On the printerscreen there is tool 2 shown correctly. In Prusa connect it shows an "alert". I think Prusa Connect only shows the filament type and the temperatur of tool 1. I'm using PLA in tool 1 and PETG in tool 2.

Can you confirm if you are still seeing correct data when doing multi-tool prints?
