A strange phenomenon
I have a funny problem on only 1 printer on the 10 printers of the farm I have a problem, it loses the IP address indication NO IP on the screen of the printer, problem of Hard perhaps or what to make to know it?
I restart the printer and it's fine again
I have fixed IP addresses for each one, I only have this problem with this one

It may be that you are having wireless signal issues with the particular raspberry pi you are using with that specific printer. Have you also disabled DHCP on the Raspberry Pi's themselves so they don't try and request new IPs if they happen to drop the connection and try to request a new IP?
I assume that you assigned the MAC address of each Raspberry Pi in your router so it doesn't try to assign the fixed IP addresses to other devices in your network.

If your printer is too close to the wireless router, there may be a little bit of a "blind spot" in the signal because the how the router broadcasts the signal. Try moving the printer a little further away from the wireless router.
While you can statically assign an IP address in Raspberry Pi OS if you would like, it is recommended to do it from the router/server-side as you have already done.

The RPi zeroes don't have the best reception, especially mounted to a noisy printer controll board. There is an antenna mount option, or a usb ethernet. I realise those are all not so great, just throwing that info out there

So, since a spam bot took me here. PrusaLink is sending out requests each 250ms when idle. This might have slammed your wifi router. To counter this, I made a sleep mode, which after 3 minutes reduces the telemetry frequency to once every five seconds. This might help with this phenomenon, but this also means, that the printer will take more time to respond the first time you send a command when it's sleeping. I am really looking forward to the release
