Core One Buddy Camera High Chamber Temperature

My buddy camera for core one works flawlessly when printing PETG and other low temperature filaments. However recently while printing PC CF, chamber temperatures can reach upwards of 60C.

For these jobs, I have noticed that the buddy camera will stop sending snapshots and livestream would fail, it looks like it's still connected to my wifi just no longer updates. Has anyone else noticed this? Is this expected at higher chamber temperatures? Seems like a huge miss if the camera stops working while printing these types of filament. Might need to investigate in active cooling or external ventilation for the camera in this case!

Same Issue here. After some hours of printing PA, no Image from the camera. Unplugging the cam solved the problem. Have you found a solution ?

best regards

Has anyone found a cure for the buddy 3D camera shutting down with high temperature prints (ASA)?   Mine shuts down whenever my chamber temperature gets to > 60 degrees for a few minutes.

Maybe that explains why they’re giving them away now, free with a Core One.

Considering that the Buddy cameras spec says 65 degrees C it just can’t take the Heat.  LOL
