You are not alone. I can no longer control PTZ in ios, web, or app. Thought I was going insane and doing something wrong because you are the first person Ive found to report it.

Same here. Controls disappeared after the upgrade to 3.1.4. Definitely an issue with that firmware version.

Ditto. Just received fine. Controls were there and worked. Updated to 3.14 and they disappeared. Let's get this fixed Prusa!!

apologies for the delayed response. I asked the devs for any info on this. 

Also if you can provide some more info, if it happens in the phone app, or on the connect website, or both?

Controls are gone from both the app and the web UI.

thanks, the majority of mine are on Core printers, so getting a different printer sorted with a camera to check on it myself

There are no controls in the phone app or with Prusa Connect (web browser). I am using an iPhone 17 with iOS 26.5.1 and a MacBook Pro with MacOS 26.5.1. The controls showed up in both places before I updated the camera to 3.14.

I can't control from either the app, PrusaSlicer, nor the web.

After the firmware update, I lost the left and right controls. Then they all disappeared.

In the iPhone app, I see this message: "Don't have active controls? Verify that you have the necessary permissions as a team member ("Use" or "Manage")

I have both permissions.
