Anyone run into “this image is older than 1 hour” on their buddy cam?
Every time i check my buddycam, i see this image first and i have to swipe right to see rhe current view i thibk it qas captured when i first set it up and i thoight the buddycam didnt save images anywhere? is rhere any way to remove it?

This happens when the printer isn't running...then it stops the snapshots.

My printer actual run's, but i have now the same problem. No picture from the two cam's wich are connected to my XL printer.

Same here, this is the third topic about the camera stopping to work. Maybee someone @Prusa should put an eye on this.

i have the same problem. restarting the buddy3d cam or pulling power does not change anything. i gues deleting and connecting as a new camera would solve this, but thats a real hassle if this pops up often ...

When mine did that today I found that it insisted to try to connect to an access point in another building, a poor WiFi signal can probably cause this. Once I convinced the thing to use the closes AP in the right building it is back to normal.

Hi,
Same issue here. Each time i want to use the cam, I need to delete it from the app and then reset it. Sometimes, I canuse it for 2 daysm sometimes it is less than one hour. It seems that there is an issue somewhere.
If you need log, please tell m ehow to find them.
