Filament does not load automatically.

I tried to insert the filament only after the calibration was completed, but the filament did not load. The setting is filament sensor ON auto loading ON. The temperature is also the temperature of PLA. What should i do?

check the filament sensor status on the LCD, the sensor may be jammed!

... or, as may well be the case, the filament sensor might just not work properly, usually due to a too-tight screw. Which printer are we talking about - i3MK3s+?

Check that there is no filament loaded, then check the filament sensor status in the menu - if it still shows "1", the sensor erroneously believes filament is loaded. In that case you can first shut off the filament sensor and the autoload feature, then load and unload filament manually by the menu. If that works, unload properly, then activate the sensor again  in the menu (no need to heat the extruder), stick a piece of filament into the extruder to trigger the sensor and check whether the sensor status switches from 0 to 1 in the menu when inserting the filament deep enough and back to 0 when you pull the filament out. If the sensor is stuck in "1", remove the cover of the sensor and loosen the tiny screw holding the sensor in place just a bit and see whether this solves the issue.

BTW - please ensure you post your questions in the correct section of the forum; this is the printer enclosure section.

I try to give answers to the best of my ability, but I am not a 3D printing pro by any means, and anything you do you do at your own risk. BTW: I have no food for…

RE: Filament does not load automatically.

Well amazingly enough I had this very same issue yesterday. It turned out I had the filament sensor wire put in wrong try the fix indicated by JustMe3D.
