RE: X end bearing makes noise
Mine stopped after I loosened the x bearing screw a little and loosened the tension on the x belt until it was a "low bass note when plucked" as discussed here:
RE: X end bearing makes noise
are the parts from Prusa printed with 100% infill?
20% Grid infill AFAIK. That's what they have in their guide on printing parts. But they may have switched to different infill since this was published, for better rigidity or faster printing.
RE: X end bearing makes noise
I have reprinted the endstop with 40% infill and 3 parameters

@oxygen
Were you able to resolve this? I'm having the same issue, D:

@nibmaker
he done someting with belt tension, as i know
RE: X end bearing makes noise
Well, this is a long story but the takeaway is that I did not fix it and even worse now the Y belt also starts making sounds...
you could try to give screw 2 (middle) a 1/2 turn to the right (making it tighter) that reduced the sounds a bit I have reprinted the X end stop (R2) but I then discovered you have to disassemble the printer a lot to release the X belt (that option sounded like the best option I had with every problem I had with my old Chinese 3D printer)

RE: X end bearing makes noise
So after not printing for a few days and starting back up, I wanted to try and fix this instead of just dealing with the noise. Long story short I loosened the 3 face screws a turn and also applied some lubricant on the belt/pulley. Noise gone. Have about 40 hours of printing done since lubricating and still quiet.
