What could case this bond?

I was wondering if someone could point me in the right direction. I've got an Prusa MK3s+ and an Prusa Mini+, the same print on both printers give an other result and I don't know what could be the cause of this. On the mini there are a lot of sits, tweaking the retraction doesn't seem to do much about this. But the most annoying is the horizontal bend over de print. On the MK3s it isn't there. Someone an idea about what setting to tweak?
I'm using eSUN PLA+ for this print with the PrusaSlicer default profiles for the printers. When you click the picture it will be more clear were the issue is.

How thick is that part? [ In the slicer preview, count the strands of filament ]
If you increase the thickness by two or three perimeters does the problem persist?

I'm using three perimeter, you mean I have to increase to 5 or 6 perimeters? I think that would be a little to much.
