Underextrusion proof with cold pull

I still have under-extrusion issues with my mini and thought I would give this a try prusa mini cold pull method but when I removed the filament for the 3rd time I noticed the 'notch' pointed by the red arrow. Do I need to worry about this? or is this a different thing?

The thing is that the same effect is shown on the link of the cold pull instructions but on a different height. It is probably due to the force that you put by pressing the filament in. I think if the thickness is lower than 1.75-1.9mm its not something to be alarmed about.
