Trouble recalibrating after maintenance
Broke a nozzle and had to replace heater block. Haven't been able to get printing right every since. This was my most recent first layer calibration and from 0 all the way to 2 on z offset adjustment it will not work. Any help is appreciated.
RE: Trouble recalibrating after maintenance
It's obvious that hotend is not assembled properly. Solution: take apart, clean and assemble again. After that, don't forget to check for proper SuperPINDA distance from print sheet.

RE: Trouble recalibrating after maintenance
You have an extrusion problem, your filament isn't extruding evenly. If your problem were simply Z-offset your filament would be continuous, it would either be a fine string that failed to stick to the bed, or it would a wide flat continuous band, or there would be no filament and your bed would have scratches on it from the nozzle contact if not being dislodged completely. Go back and check your nozzle assembly and don't try to calibrate z-offset until you can get smooth consistent extrusion.
