This happen to anyone else?
I just received my mini Prusa, paid to have it assembled. I was doing the test print when things went bad, the print started going bad and the nozzle dented my bed in several places. I noticed a random screw sitting next to the printer as I started to trouble shoot. Per further investigation found out where the screw came out and noticed another screw missing - both in places that would have been assembled by Prusa. I’m worried my nozzle is wrecked and my brand new bed is dented.

Cheerio,
Luckily the print sheets are double sided, you're not the first to scrape one.
Where did the screws come from?

The printer may have been shaken up in transit, I would run through the calibrations at the end of the build manual (above) and if problems remain contact Prusa Support.

Thanks for the help!

Crashing your head is a rite of passage with 3D printing I think. Done that, mine looks worse. As long as you don't print on that spot it won't affect anything. Also remember that the flex plates are considered wear items and they are easily replaceable. It's good to have spares.
