Print from USB drive wont start
Printer assembled ok - printed the nut from the example gcode files fine.
I upgraded my desktop to the latest prusaslicer (2.2.9), loaded my .stl that I have printed in PETG on my MK3 dozens of times. Made sure the MINI was selected, PETG .2 DETAIL filament, default 15% infill, no changes to any of the printer/print settings, copied .gcode to usb drive.
Plugged drive into MINI, clicked print, see the preview of the part, and selected print. It shows 0%, and never actually starts printing. I noticed the temps never set the target for the bed/hotend - they just flash blue.
If I cancel and pre-heat, it gets hotend/bed up to temp just fine, try and print again, and temps show current/active of the same value, but again, the print never starts.
Anyone seen this?

File is simply lid.gcode - but it is in several subdirectories per my file organization. I can try moving it to the root of the usb drive.
Yup, that's probably the issue. Not sure the firmware is happy with folders at the moment.

Make sure that the G-code file name has no spaces and also reduce the length of the filename.

I had this happen several times already. I hit the reset button and all was fine.

Confirmed, that was the issue. I was able to keep one top level simply named folder on the USB and stick the files in there, and it was still able to read it and print. So keep it simple! 🙂
