PETG print advice.

My first layer goes down well, but I notice as the print progresses there a small gaps in the infill grid, and on these two mirrored parts, I got different issues.

These parts were printed at the same time, with the faces we are looking at facing each other. They feel very strong and these bits won't be seen so not too worried about it, but interested to improve.

Here is a sample of the infill issue I was seeing.

I've backed off the Print Fan from 75 to 40, and it seems to be looking better... Infill is being printed at 140mm/s, which some other info I've been reading suggests is too quick, but I started with Generic PETG and 0.2mm Speed settings in PrusaSlicer, so figured they would be the best place to start, but maybe that's too fast?

Is there anything else I should be considering?

Thanks in advance.

Not a great picture, but this is what it looks like with the first layer on top of the infill.

Also at the bottom of the image the surface with the holes in it is meant to be smooth. It's not going to impact the part I don't think, but something not right there! 😀
