Newly built MK3 has no power
Just got done assembling my new machine. I plugged it in and have no power. I tested the plug and get (US 120V). I checked the +/- wires for output on the power supply (the ones that go to the PCB and get nothing). What is the voltage supposed to be at those points?
Any suggestions as to what is wrong would be appreciated.
Thank you
Tom

RE: Newly built MK3 has no power
Interesting. There is another thread where someone is having the same issue with a new build. Is there a bad batch of power supplies out there?
RE: Newly built MK3 has no power
I noticed that there was another post after I posted mine. Interesting!! I checked power at the plug, it is good. I checked the black/red leeds on the power supply and get nothing. No 24 volts. Who do I contact for a replacement power supply?

Hello and welcome to the Prusaforum!
The mini power supply should supply 24V. I suspect that your power supply is defective.
I would report this to Prusa! Just log in with your Prusa account and select the eshop. After a few seconds the chat window should appear on the lower right corner. If the chat window does not open, disable a possibly activated adblocker or try another browser.
Good luck!
