MK3S+ Filament sensor cover

I have built my hot end today but I can not get the M3 10 screw on the filament cover to grab the bolt. I have tried all the different methods to move the bolt to no avail. I am now worried that I have possibly not inserted the bolt. Will I have to strip the whole hot end to get this sorted?
