min temp error for both bed and hotend
Just received my new mini assembled and did test fine stated to do the nut and bolt first print failed after 1 hour min temp error checked wiring all good has the board failed what can I do to fix it any ideas.

That both thermistors fail at the same time is unlikely, but not impossible.
In which environment do you print (housing, cold environment, drafts ...).
To contact Prusachat you have to login with your account and select eshop. After some seconds the chat window appears on the right bottom.

seems your termistors could be disconnected or broken. Could you describe in more detail what happened and when and attach any picture?
What temperatures are shown after you switch the printer on? Picture?
