Layers not lining up for outermost star of "Twisting Star", but all the other inner stars are lined up just fine

Disclaimer : I'm pretty new to printing, definitely don't have a good grasp of all the terms.

I was printing this Twisting star - I had trouble with the outermost star as it seemed to have a lot of trouble lining up, even for the brim I threw in there (but probably didn't need, given that all the inner stars didn't need brim).

What on earth causes this issue, and why was only the outermost star affected negatively in this way?

RE:

If you use defaults in PrusaSlicer without custom gcode then your purge line (on the bottom of the photo) is within print area, and this should not happen, so first you should fix XZ axis alignment.

How to do that, please see step 17, second photo on official page https://help.prusa3d.com/guide/building-your-mini_6384

See my GitHub and printables.com for some 3d stuff that you may like.

Thanks. I ended up figuring out in general that my X-axis motor pulley was loose, and this was causing alignment issues for every print that I've tried lately.

What's really throwing me off is that the inner stars were fine. I could cut off this outer star and I'd have a pretty good print left.
