I'm a little disappointed.
I've spent years dealing with warped Creality beds and I finally decide to spend the money on a Prusa and it has a low spot in the center.

There is a way to adjust to get all bed even. Loose all screws on the bed and go to this link https://help.prusa3d.com/guide/4-print-head-heatbed-assembly_201450 and try to follow Step 26 (especially 3rd picture).
If it doesn't work, contact the customer service. They will be more than happy to help you with it.
