horizontal layer line arifact
i just got my prusa mini+, the first test print is perfect in pla but when i want to print this it always has these horizontal lines with PETG.
already tried retensioning the belts which gave a small improvement, also increased cooling fan speed which gave a small improvement.

Sty closing it down
Try slowing the print down and see if it improves.
