Heat Bed doesn't go beyond 50°C

Hi, title says it all. Trying to get the first layer calibration to work. First the provided USB-Stick doesn't work properly (workaround, plug it in just after you hit reset or turned on the machine), then the heatbed doesn't heat up beyond 50 degrees. Slowly losing trust in this machine after waiting for 6 months.

Can somebody point me in a direction? Thanks!

Just a basic question: the steel sheet is on the heatbed? if yes: contact Prusa support.

could be solved by a factory reset (4.0.5)
