Gaps in print and general issues

As you can see in the picture, there are gaps in the print. This is the 4th print on the mini and all seems to have these kinds of gaps. Is this under extrusion or something else? the first layer looks good. This filament was in the sunluu filament dryer at 55c for about 5 hours so it should be dry. Any help would be appreciated. Also, is there a good tutorial on how to make sure everything is squared up? there sounds like there is some binding when the Z axis goes down during homing towards the bottom of the rod

RE: Gaps in print and general issues

It is either a first layer issue, extrusion issue, or a filament issue.  I have not seen your first layer so that is a good place to start.
