FLEX filament curling in on itself and just being uncooperative
I'm printing a little bit of an uncomfortable print with some FLEX filament, and I've been getting some annoying results with how it's printing. I've attached a video of what's happening, but basically the sides seem to inflate and fold to a higher Z direction, crashing into the extruder and flexing around like a piece of melted candy. although this does wonders for my appetite, I feel like this won't create a good quality print; is there any way to improve this? I'm using the following settings:
- extrusion multiplier: 1.15
- 235C, 60C bed
- 15mm/s speed
- using MatterHackers pro TPE
I've fiddled with temperature and speed and everything only to keep running into this problem, any help would be greatly appreciated. thanks!
(btw, the end result of the base came out to be like this, which totally doesn't look right [warning, oddly unnerving])

This might be, partially, an adhesion problem; please show us the bottom of a failed print.
... and for a part like that I would print even slower.

slower than 15, that's crazy hmm okay... but yeah regarding a failed print, it seems that every time I've tried to print this sphere it's resulted in a clog around 40% of the way. here's how the finished result looked after I removed supports though (this one w/o supports kept getting knocked off after like 10%):

the thing is I do agree with you that it might be an adhesion problem; here's a plain cube that I printed that didn't have overhangs:
aside from it being kinda wet (I've had problems with wet filament ever since I started printing, apparently), it was really good quality w/ no warping. it seems like the moment there's any overhang that isn't supported, it completely warps to its heart's content.
as a comparison, here's the sphere mid print with PLA:
no side warping, even though they're not connected to the bed. this is what confuses me and i have no idea what this is called... this doesn't seem to be a normal effect of TPU, unless this is included in what people mean when they say "really hard to print".
