First Tech Support - Not Feeling Warm and Fuzzy

So, I ordered a Prusa Mini to compliment the Mk3S I assembled as a kit.  Got it pre-assembled.  All excited because it showed up yesterday, two weeks early, and I put it all together and ran the tests and everything was fine.

Tried to load filament for the first time and it wouldn't load.  Felt like the filament was at a stop but the extruder motor was just spinning and not loading.  Finally, on about the fifth try, it felt like the filament advanced a bit further and it loaded.  Printed out a perfect Benchy last night and a perfect frog this morning.

Then, this evening, I went to go unload the filament, and the printer heated up and then spun backward to unload.  Filament was coming out and loosening up the roll, so I know it was moving, but when I went to pull it out completely it wouldn't budge.  I thought maybe it was my filament sensor but I pulled that off and the filament is still stuck in that tube.

I contacted tech support and Ivan started talking about a clog and it being no big deal and common, only I wasn't printing and was unloading and the filament actually came out most of the way.  He was still talking clog and had me remove the bowden tube end at the extruder and there's zero filament in there.  Even completely off, no filament.  He had me remove the tension screw and open the idler door and there's no filament in there either.  It's stuck somewhere between the extruder and the end of that tube.

And now, my printer is sitting on it's side, a printer that I didn't even assemble so I don't know the parts, with a bunch of parts pulled off, and Ivan sends me a link to an article about removing the extruder motor and then ends the chat without so much as a goodbye.

Very not impressed.
