First Print problems

I am also having a problem with the first print. I go through all of the calibrations and everything is fine but when it comes to the first print it will have a mesh bed leveling error. Is this because the bed is uneven, although the program should work around a warped or slightly uneven bed. I got it to work about three times and each time the results were similar the printer would be way above the metal printing sheet on the left side of the sheet and then the closer it got to the right( the LCD screed and Z axis) it would print closer and closer to the bed until it was touching the bed and I think it might have grinded it a little  bit. This should be happening because of the mesh bed leveling. How can I fix this problem?

RE: First Print problems

I figured out the problem with the help of Prusa's customer service( they really are great). what the problem was the z axis was not 90 degrees with the bed and this was do to the mesh bed rail and the z axis joint. what was suggested was to readjust the joint to make sure that it is properly at 90 degrees as well as putting a thick piece of paper between the box of electronics and the rail. But I didn't do those fixes so let me know if they work. But it was suggested that I tighten the screws on the tip rail of the x axis rail, the one that has the heating nozzle attached to it and itself is attached to the z axis. here is a link to the instructions if anybody has the same problem that I had. https://help.prusa3d.com/en/article/xz-axis-skew-correction-mini_158518
