First layer problems
Hello everyone.
I have had a Prusa Mini for 4 weeks, so far the printer has been a very reliable workhorse and I am really excited. But today he suddenly has problems with the first layer after normal printing, it looks as if the bed is uneven.
Unfortunately, the picture is not very bright, but you can still see that the distance in the middle suddenly seems to be too high and the square at the end also has no uniform result.
At the last print everything was fine and unfortunately I have no idea why this problem is coming up now.
I have already successfully printed other things with this filament.
Does anyone have an idea of what I can do?

Looks like Z is too low ??
Have all your previous good prints been on that textured plate ??

If this has happened on the same sheet that you have had good prints, then check the bottom of your sheet and the top of the heat bed, for any little scraps of filament etc etc

Yes (almost) all prints were on this sheet. I didn't adjust anything in height and suddenly there were problems in the first layer with a new print. That's why I tried to readjust Z - to no avail and with the result that it is totally uneven. I have already cleaned the sheet itself on both sides and also checked the heat bed. ☹️
I even started the first layer calibration again from scratch.
Nevertheless, I will try again with a higher Z.

OK, if all is good, check that your Minda isnt loose and moved slightly

It may be a photo distortion, but your X axis looks like it has quite a lift on the outside end. That's a problem I had.
Don't move your Mini around if you can help it. The Z/Y interface has a lot of flex to it.
But check for square:

I have encountered similar problems before, just adjust the X axis.come on
RE: First layer problems
The axes were okay. It's like magic, I just exchanged the nozzles from the Mini and MK3s (both nozzle X). Whatever went wrong ... 🤨
