First few layers narrower than the ones above
Hi
I am new to printing so maybe it is obvious to y’all.
I am printing discs (12mm diameter, height about 2mm) and the first few layers are narrower than those above - like opposite effect to elephant’s foot. Temperatures are ok, first layer calibrated Happens wit ABS and PLA (but not that much). See the picture of a disc on my finger - slant is visible there.

Are you using variable layer height? It looks like the upper layers have more squish ... you might try selecting 'External perimeters first'.
