Hey,

My printer was not printed on the bed , and how to fix these issues.

I mean the filament that I printed is not in the bed.

That looks like the Y axis is off. Did it home right? Is the belt adjusted right (in other words, did it skip?)

Does your bed move smoothly by hand when the printer is at rest? 

if the movement is jerky, or there is no movement or restricted movement, there willbe problems. 
sometimes there are assebly errors, other times it can be as simple as needing to apply lubricant to the smooth rods and bearings
