Hello everyone,

I just received my Prusa Mini a few hours ago but I already have a problem: At the beginning it was impossible for me to load the filament because it did not want to enter the extruder. So I unscrewed the ideler a bit and here is my problem solved. But that was only the beginning ... Now that I start printing after 10 min the wire hangs in the extruder and makes a strange noise. I have no idea where the problem may come from.

Has anyone else had this problem or may have had the problem but found a solution?

What do you mean when you say that the wire hangs? You mean its getting stuck?

I believe the noise you say is the clicking sound from the extruder trying to push the filament but either your nozzle is clogged or your filament is chewed inside the bowden extruder.

Try following the steps found in this guide and let us know about the results!!
