Filament leakage

I recently bought Prusa MINI and I encounter some problem. During printing I have a leak of filament between heaterblock and heatbreak. It takes a while but eventually huge blob is created and drops on print ruining it (printing head hits it and it starts huge mess). I asked how heaterblock and heatbreak are sealed (if there is any sealant) but nobody could answer me. I checked all dimensions (heaterblock from radiator 3,8mm, nozzle from heatbreak 0,5mm, nozze is touching the heatbreak for sure), made many trials but it is still the same. Has anyone encounter this problem and has a solution?

Sounds like its not put together properly, solution would be to follow the steps to change the heatbreak, remove it and assemble again.
