failed at the first screw

Hi all,

sounds embarrassing but: i am stuck at step 1 of the unpack and assemble movie: "unscrew electronics cover"

I am screwing counterclockwise with the Allen key, and the screw is almost out but now starts rotating in place without going out. Anyone had this? Suggestions? breack the cover and reprint it? Send the Printer back?

Is this a mk2 printer ?

i am sorry, i posted in the wrong forum, it is a prusa mini... i solved the problem with violence 😕
